We are delighted to have been shortlist for two categories in the Circle 2 Success (C2S) Business Awards this year, the Small Business of the Year Award and the Customer Excellence Award.
The Small Business of the Year Award is looking for organisations with clear company objectives, tangible and demonstrable results, a commitment to delivering the very best in their sector, demonstrating best practice in caring for their people, the environment and community and showing an innovative and creative approach to the work they deliver.
The Customer Excellence Award required us to demonstrate methods used to monitor customer satisfaction levels, how we empower our employees to ‘delight’ our customers, employee training, resources and tools implemented to support customers out-of-hours and our process for customer returns, complaints and follow-up.
Both categories gave us the opportunity to showcase the efforts made over the last two years under a new management team to transform the business and achieve significant growth and positive customer feedback in a competitive marketplace.
Record Entries
According to C2S, this year has seen the largest number of entries from across the region making the C2S Business Awards the largest, most prestigious business awards in the region. Entries were submitted from across the South West, from as far as Worcestershire and the Midlands, to Gloucestershire, Bristol, Somerset and Devon. With over 250 entries this year we are amongst some tough competition.
Judging takes place in April and the award winners will be announced in July at a Summer Glam Garden Party at the De Vere Cotswold Water Park Hotel, so watch this space to see if make it to the finals.
Who is in the C2S Business Community
C2S is a business community made up of businesspeople that care about their employees, the planet, their community and profit.
