About the Opportunity

Square One Network are looking for a successful Telemarketer to join our growing team, working closely with our field-based sales team. This is a fast-paced, customer focused sales role that requires the successful candidate to work independently to generate appointments with prospective clients for the sales teams. This is a rare opportunity for the successful candidate to join a growing team here at Square One Network, with fantastic career opportunities. A full induction training plan will be put together on our company, our products and to help build and improve on your sales techniques to help you maximise your opportunities with prospective clients.

 

Package & Benefits for the successful Telemarketer

  • £18,000 – £23,000 DOE + uncapped OTE (Year 1 – £30k+OTE, Year 2 onwards – £40k+OTE)
  • Monthly uncapped commission on both appointments booked and confirmed sales

Key Responsibilities for the successful Telemarketer

The successful candidate for this position will:

  • Be working within a growing new business development team to help generate appointments for our field-based Business Development Managers
  • Work closely with your Business Development Mangers to qualify key information prior to the meeting to help increase your sign-up rate & commission
  • Work closely with other members of your team during training periods to feedback successes and struggles to grow as a team
  • Have a strong work ethic with the ability to thrive under pressure
  • Be a positive individual with the hunger to achieve challenging targets

About the Role of Service Desk Analyst

This is a varied and fast paced role, where you will be acting as the main point of contact for all incoming queries via phone / email. You will be involved in fault diagnosis and repair for several technologies – including mobile, fixed-line, hardware and software. This is an excellent career move for someone with strong technical skills who is looking to grow and develop with the business.

 

Role Purpose

  • Managing and supporting customers and with a range of products including mobile, fixed-line and data services.
  • Possessing excellent customer service skills, you will deal with a range of queries from billing to technical queries in an efficient manner. 

 

Responsibilities of the successful Sales Support Analyst

  • Responding to e-mail and telephone queries in an agreed Service Level Agreement
  • Updating our CRM systems and become an expert on using our supplier’s portals
  • First line technical support
  • Updating internal systems
  • In life changes including adding and removing bars and bundles
  • Sending out contracts
  • Raising faults
  • Raising billing queries
  • Placing orders for hardware

 

Required, Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Good understanding and working knowledge of IT/telecommunications industry, particularly on fixed-line or broadband. Understanding of VoIP would be advantageous, although training can be provided.
  • You need to be an effective communicator across all levels of the organisation and therefore have an ability to demonstrate excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills
  • To have good problem solving skills
  • You must have experience working in a call centre or office environment
  • Must be able to work on your own initiative, as well as part of a team with limited guidance
  • You must have strong communication, prioritisation and time-management skills, as well as a great eye for detail. You must also be able to work with a high degree of accuracy
  • You will have a real passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office applications

This is a full-time, demanding position, with regular travel throughout the South West region. Whilst this is a home-based role, the successful candidate will need to be based within a commutable distance to our Head Office in Bristol. This is a mid-level Management position. The successful Business Development Manager will report into the Sales Director, playing a strategic part in building on vital customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate for this position will:

  • Acquire new business and focus on account growth
  • Manage full P&L for key relationships and drive team to achieve their full potential
  • Report to the Sales Director, whilst working closely with our CEO and Senior Management team
  • Work alongside the Customer Delivery function to constantly improve on processes and commercial growth

 

Your Profile

The successful candidate will:

  • Have at least 2 years solid experience working in the Telecoms industry as a minimum
  • Have a proven track record in building relationships with B2B clients, ideally at a senior level
  • Be a personable, driven, resilient and proactive individual with a ‘what more can we do to improve?’ attitude
  • Always be looking for new opportunities, focusing on incremental sales with both existing and new customers
  • Possess excellent analytical, communication (written and verbal) and negotiation skills
  • Have the ability to build and maintain good working relationships across internal teams and the wider business
