This is a fast-paced, customer focused sales role that requires the successful candidate to work independently to generate appointments with prospective clients for the sales teams.   • £18,000 – £23,000 DOE + uncapped OTE (Year 1 – £30k+OTE, Year 2 onwards – £40k+OTE)
  • Monthly uncapped commission on both appointments booked and confirmed sales

  Key Responsibilities for the successful Telemarketer The successful candidate for this position will:

  • Be working within a growing new business development team to help generate appointments for our field-based Business Development Managers
  • Work closely with your Business Development Mangers to qualify key information prior to the meeting to help increase your sign-up rate & commission
  • Work closely with other members of your team during training periods to feedback successes and struggles to grow as a team
  • Have a strong work ethic with the ability to thrive under pressure
  • Be a positive individual with the hunger to achieve challenging targets

Service Desk Analyst

We work with a wide variety of clients that range from single SME accounts to high-end, international customers with worldwide well-known brand names.   About the Role of Service Desk Analyst This is a varied and fast paced role, where you will be acting as the main point of contact for all incoming queries via phone / email. You will be involved in fault diagnosis and repair for several technologies – including mobile, fixed-line, hardware and software. This is an excellent career move for someone with strong technical skills who is looking to grow and develop with the business.   Role Purpose

  • Managing and supporting customers and with a range of products including mobile, fixed-line and data services.
  • Possessing excellent customer service skills, you will deal with a range of queries from billing to technical queries in an efficient manner. 

  Responsibilities of the successful Sales Support Analyst

  • Responding to e-mail and telephone queries in an agreed Service Level Agreement
  • Updating our CRM systems and become an expert on using our supplier’s portals
  • First line technical support
  • Updating internal systems
  • In life changes including adding and removing bars and bundles
  • Sending out contracts
  • Raising faults
  • Raising billing queries
  • Placing orders for hardware

  Required, Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Good understanding and working knowledge of IT/telecommunications industry, particularly on fixed-line or broadband. Understanding of VoIP would be advantageous, although training can be provided.
  • You need to be an effective communicator across all levels of the organisation and therefore have an ability to demonstrate excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills
  • To have good problem solving skills
  • You must have experience working in a call centre or office environment
  • Must be able to work on your own initiative, as well as part of a team with limited guidance
  • You must have strong communication, prioritisation and time-management skills, as well as a great eye for detail. You must also be able to work with a high degree of accuracy
  • You will have a real passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office applications
