Current Roles
We are currently looking for a Telecom Support Engineer to join our Customer Service Team
You will be one of the first points of contact and responsible for dealing with customer service queries. Our culture is focused on customer experience by focusing on 1st time resolution not average talk times. Striving to always deliver service excellence.
Requirements
- A tenacious attitude with a desire to deliver over and above the customers’ expectations.
- An animated personality, who engages 3rd parties in a professional and proficient manner. Providing assurance that their account is a priority.
- The ability to demonstrate a confident and friendly telephone manner.
- Confidence in liaising with all colleagues to meet the customers’ requirements. Demonstrating customer activist behaviour to always deliver service excellence.
- Business acumen with a keen eye for development opportunities, skilled at time management and workload prioritisation.
- Adaptability to continue to deliver service excellence in a fast-changing environment. Demonstrable results in managing multiple queries at a time, with attention to detail.
Beneficial experience
- Familiarity of working within a ticketing platform like Zendesk.
- Industry experience within any/all mobile/hosted telephony/connectivity.
- 2 years’ experience in a desk-based Customer Services environment is advantageous.

Job Title: Telecom Support Engineer

This is an exciting new role for a driven, new business hunter to join our employee-centric telecommunications company based just off the M5 in Bristol. We are a small, but innovative company with exciting growth plans and they are now looking to expand their sales team by recruiting additional field-based Business Development Managers to expand our territory across the Southwest.
The successful Business Development Manager will:
- Be a new business hunter who has a proven track record of being able to create new opportunities.
- Must have sales experience within the telecoms industry and understand mobile, connectivity and unified communications.
- Be driven and self-motivated.
- Have experience of and a proven track record in achieving/exceeding targets.
- Be very good at networking with decision makers on social media; primarily LinkedIn.
- Be great at asking open, discovery questions to gain relevant information to create opportunities.
- Be happy to self-generate leads.
- Be IT literate and happy using a CRM system.
Location: The successful candidate will cover a territory near to their base; although primarily in the Southwest around Bristol, Bath, Gloucester, Cheltenham. They will have an office presence as and when required i.e. for sales meetings, training etc.
Salary: Competitive depending on experience, plus uncapped commission.
Targets/KPIs: We will ask the successful candidate to write their own targets/KPIs depending on what they are trying to achieve.
Training: will be provided.
Reporting to: Managing Director
