We are delighted to have been selected as a finalist in the Customer Excellence Award category of the Circle 2 Success (C2S) Business Awards 2024.
The organisers received almost 300 entries for the awards this year and 250 organisations were shortlisted, so it is a great honour to have been selected as one of the six finalists!
The winners will be announced in July at a Summer Glam Garden Party at the De Vere Cotswold Water Park Hotel.
The Customer Excellence Award
The Customer Excellence Award required us to demonstrate methods used to monitor customer satisfaction levels, how we empower our employees to ‘delight’ our customers, employee training, resources and tools implemented to support customers out-of-hours and our process for customer returns, complaints and follow-up.
This category in particular gave us the opportunity to showcase the efforts made over the last two years under a new management team to transform the business and achieve significant growth and positive customer feedback in a competitive marketplace.
Acting on Customer Feedback
Having actively sought customer feedback, the team at Square One recognised the need to realign their customer support team and recruited a new Operations Director, an additional Product Manager and further onsite Engineering resources to bolster the whole onboarding sequence, to match the levels of in life customer support.
Commenting on being selected as finalists for this award, Square One Operations Director Lisa Rose said, “Being selected as a finalist for the C2S Awards Customer Excellence category, amongst such strong competition, means a lot to myself and the team. We have put in a lot of work around customer journey mapping and really trying to understand what is important to our customers and we think our approach to customer service is quite unique in our industry.”
