Dave Allen – Managing Director

With over two decades in telecoms, Dave leads Square One Network with a clear focus on people, purpose, and sustainable growth. Since becoming Managing Director, he has sharpened the business’s direction by defining its ideal customer, strengthening client relationships, and building a culture where personality and values come first.

Combining a people-first ethos with financial discipline, Dave ensures growth is underpinned by strong forecasting, cash-flow management, and long-term planning. Under his leadership, Square One continues to evolve while staying true to its local-first, personal service ethos.

Paul Kinneir – Billing & Finance Director

Paul has been a cornerstone of Square One Network for over 8 years, bringing clarity to complexity and stability to our finances. With a rare blend of technical precision and strategic oversight, he ensures our billing is accurate, our reporting is aligned, and our financial decisions are rock-solid.

Known for his calm, measured approach, Paul works closely with teams across the business – from shaping commercial strategies to refining operational processes. Whether he’s resolving a tricky billing anomaly or guiding long-term planning, Paul’s diligence, diplomacy, and drive make him an invaluable part of our leadership team.

Lisa Rose – Operations Director

Lisa has been a driving force at Square One Network, bringing over 30 years of telecoms experience and a genuine customer-first approach. She leads our support operations, ensuring every service desk interaction exceeds expectations and using feedback to fuel continuous improvement.

Her meticulous attention to detail, collaborative spirit, and ability to coordinate across departments have strengthened both our service delivery and our reputation.
