Square One Shortlisted for Three C2S Business Awards
Following on from being Highly Commended for Customer Excellence in the 2024 Circle 2 Success (C2S) Business Awards, we are delighted to have been shortlisted for three categories in the 2025 C2S South West Business Awards; Small Business of the Year, Customer Excellence and Change Management and Innovation.
Small Business of the Year Award
This award is aimed at businesses with 11-50 employees that sell great products, have great people, innovative marketing and customer service to be proud of, together with impressive financials that prove their business plan is working and an awareness of their CSR commitments.
Customer Excellence Award
This award recognises outstanding customer champions – businesses that operate customer-centric organisations where the customer is truly king or queen. Entries had to include:
- Methods used to monitor customer satisfaction levels
- How you empower your employees to ‘delight’ your customers
- Employee training procedures to enhance customer satisfaction levels
- Resources and tools implemented to support customers out-of-hours
- Your process for customer returns, complaints and follow-up
Change Management and Innovation Award
This award recognises organisations that have successfully implemented initiatives which demonstrate excellence in change management, introduced new products or services, or innovated in their place if work. Employers that have successfully led a major organisational change programme, making demonstrable contributions to organisational performance and having positive impacts to employees.
For this we had to demonstrate thoughtful planning and research, implementation strategies, communications, and positive outcomes.
The C2S Business Awards
The C2S Awards attract entries from across the South West, from as far as Worcestershire and the Midlands, to Gloucestershire, Bristol, Somerset and Devon, making the C2S Business Awards the largest, most prestigious business awards in the region. With typically over 250 entries each year, we know we are amongst some tough competition.
Judging takes place across March and April and the award winners will be announced in July, so watch this space to see if make it to the finals.
Who is in the C2S Business Community
C2S is a business community made up of businesspeople that care about their employees, the planet, their community and profit. They are ambitious organisations that spearhead positive change and drive growth. They are professionals and business leaders from all sectors and size of organisation from across the regions from South Wales, Bristol, Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire, Swindon & Wiltshire to Worcestershire and The Midlands.
