We’re delighted to share that Square One Network has once again been shortlisted in three categories at the C2S Business Awards.
This year we have been recognised in:
- Small Business of the Year
- Customer Excellence Award
- Team of the Year
Being shortlisted across all three categories is a fantastic recognition of the way our business continues to grow – through a combination of strong teamwork, customer focus and a clear vision for how technology should support modern businesses.
It also builds on our recent success at the awards, where Square One Network was Highly Commended again in 2025, following previous recognition from the C2S judges in 2024.
A Team Effort
One of the things that makes this year particularly special is our nomination for Team of the Year, a category we are entering for the first time.
From our sales and support teams through to delivery and account management, collaboration sits at the heart of how we operate. Every member of the Square One team plays a role in helping our customers communicate more effectively, whether that’s through business broadband, telephony, mobile connectivity or fully integrated communications solutions.
The nomination recognises the way our team works together across departments, adapting quickly to customer needs and consistently delivering solutions that support the long-term goals of the businesses we work with.
Customer Experience at the Core
Being shortlisted for the Customer Excellence Award is particularly meaningful for us.
At Square One Network we have always believed that telecoms should be simple, reliable and supported by people who genuinely care about the customer experience. Our approach focuses on proactive support, clear communication and building long-term relationships with our customers rather than simply supplying services.
By listening carefully to feedback, investing in training and empowering our team to resolve issues quickly, we aim to deliver the kind of service that businesses rarely expect from telecoms providers – but absolutely deserve.
Continuing to Grow
Our shortlist for Small Business of the Year reflects the continued growth of Square One Network and the strategy behind it.
Over the past year we’ve continued to invest in our people, strengthen our partnerships and help more businesses across the region upgrade their connectivity and communications infrastructure. Along the way we’ve supported organisations navigating hybrid working, digital transformation and increasing demands on their networks.
For us, growth isn’t just about numbers – it’s about building a business that customers trust and employees are proud to be part of.
