C2S Awards Finalists

Square One Network is proud to announce that we have been named finalists in three categories at the 2026 C2S Business Awards:

  • Customer Excellence Award
  • Small Business of the Year
  • Team of the Year

This recognition marks a significant milestone for our business and reflects the continued commitment, growth, and culture that has defined Square One over the past year.

What This Recognition Means to Us

Being shortlisted across three categories is not something we take lightly. Each award represents a different aspect of what we are striving to build as a business.

Our Customer Excellence nomination reflects the operational discipline and leadership focus we’ve embedded into the way we serve our customers – from structured feedback loops to proactive communication and leadership-led listening.

Our Small Business of the Year recognition highlights not just our growth – including 26% over the past two years – but how we’ve achieved it: through trust, reputation, and a relentless focus on delivering value to SMEs across Bristol, the South West and South Wales.

And being named finalists for Team of the Year is perhaps the most meaningful of all. It reflects the culture, accountability, and shared purpose across our 10-person team – a group that works hard, supports one another, and genuinely cares about the outcomes we deliver for our customers.

A Reflection of Our Journey

In many ways, this recognition is the result of a conscious decision we made as a business:

In an industry often driven by automation, outsourced support, and price competition, we’ve stayed focused on:
