Square One Named as Finalist for Small Reseller of the Year Award
We’re incredibly proud to announce that Square One Network has been shortlisted as a finalist for the Small Reseller of the Year Award at the 2025 Comms Business Awards – a recognition that celebrates excellence among VARs, resellers, and dealers delivering outstanding solutions directly to businesses.

What the judges were looking for
The judging panel were looking for all-around performance – growth, innovation, staff development, and customer service – and we’re thrilled that our approach appears to have ticked every box.
Business Growth & Local Focus
Throughout 2024, Square One achieved strong organic growth, fuelled by a hyper-targeted strategy in the Southwest of England. By focusing within a 50-mile radius of Bristol, our team delivered personalised, face-to-face service to local SMEs. This hands-on approach helped us grow our client base and deepen relationships with existing customers.
Customer Excellence
We’ve always believed that exceptional service is the best sales strategy. With 96% of support cases rated 5/5 stars, our dedication to proactive, responsive service continues to set us apart.
One standout example is our work with Aramark, a global facilities provider. They were grappling with fragmented mobile contracts across multiple networks and struggling with hidden charges. Square One stepped in with clear advice, consolidated their services under one roof, and provided ongoing, proactive account management. The result? Streamlined operations, reduced costs, and a happier, more efficient team.
Investing in Our People
Behind every great service is a great team. In 2024, we invested in staff wellbeing and development through tools like SafeHR and regular training aligned with our core values – innovation, integrity, and a mobile-first mindset. We’ve also supported several local community initiatives, from junior golf programs to life-saving AED donations.
Continuous Innovation
We never stand still. Last year, we began rolling out educational guides for customers, fine-tuned our after-sales processes, and prepared to launch new offerings like Mobile Device Management and enhanced business broadband services. It’s all part of our mission to become the go-to provider for business communications in the region.
