Over the past year, Square One Network has been part of Gamma Velocity – Gamma’s growth reward programme – and it’s delivered tangible benefits for both the business and the team.

This builds on our Gamma Technical Alliance Partner accreditation but what is Gamma Velocity, and why does it matter?

What is Gamma Velocity?

In simple terms, the Gamma Velocity programme rewards partners who grow.

As our business grows alongside Gamma, Velocity, part of the Gamma Edge partner acceleration programme unlocks commercial rebates, pricing support and partner benefits. It’s a structured, performance based programme that recognises momentum rather than short term deals.

The more committed and consistent the growth, the greater the reward.

And in 2025… we delivered.

A Proper Team Win

Thanks to the collective effort across sales, delivery, support and operations, Square One achieved the growth milestones required to trigger Gamma Velocity rebates.

This didn’t go unnoticed.

Senior leaders at Gamma personally reached out to congratulate the Square One team, recognising:

  • The scale of our growth
  • The consistency of delivery
  • And, most importantly, the strength of the partnership

In short: we smashed it – and Gamma noticed.

Turning Growth into Something Meaningful

Rather than quietly absorbing the rebate into the business, we wanted to do something that reflected how we’ve grown – together.
So, we’ve decided to reinvest the Gamma Velocity rebate directly back into the team.

That means:

  • Introducing private medical cover
  • Adding dental cover
  • Creating a benefit that supports wellbeing, security and peace of mind for everyone

This is a direct result of the growth we’ve delivered as a group. A really clear example of performance translating into something that genuinely benefits our people.
