We were delighted to welcome C2S members and regional business leaders into our newly refurbished Bristol office for the latest C2S Leader Boardroom session – Inside the Leader Boardroom: The Growth Story of Square One Network.
It was a fantastic turnout, and we’re grateful to everyone who took the time to join us, contribute openly, and help create such a collaborative atmosphere.

Reassurance in Shared Experience
One of the most powerful aspects of the morning was discovering just how many of us – as local, growing businesses – are facing similar challenges. Whether it’s scaling teams, navigating technology shifts, improving operational resilience, or managing growth pains, it’s reassuring to realise we’re not tackling these hurdles alone.
The session became a safe space to openly share what’s working, what isn’t, and what we’ve each learned along the way. These candid conversations remind us that leadership can be challenging, but it doesn’t have to be isolating.
Why These Sessions Matter
C2S summed it up perfectly in their post-event reflections:
