Square One Network has extended its partnership with Gamma, by maintaining its accreditation as a Technical Alliance Partner for 2025.
The Gamma Technical Alliance Programme recognises partners that are committed to training and up-skilling their teams and keeping their teams up to date and knowledgeable, with the full range of Gamma products. Introduced for partners wishing to differentiate themselves from other Gamma service providers, only a small percentage of resellers have fulfilled the necessary credentials and provided the necessary evidence and documentation to achieve this recognition.
It demonstrates that we have a highly skilled team and the technical know-how needed to support our customers. By committing to the programme, our customers benefit from the reassurance that they are receiving a first-class service, from passionate people with the necessary technical knowledge, which is continually developed, to set the business apart from other telecommunications providers.
Our partnership with Gamma represents a strategic alliance built on a foundation of excellence and reflects Square One’s commitment to providing innovative technology solutions and services to its customers. One such solution is or Webex for Gamma service which combines the powerful collaboration features of Cisco Webex with Gamma’s market-leading telephony and VoIP services.
The Square One support team has continued to work hard, together with the rest of the business, to put ourselves in a position where we can extend the breadth of Gamma products and solutions we provide to our customers and the level to which we are able to support them.
A special mention goes out to Rhiannon and Jake for completing the courses and the rest of the business for providing the case studies and evidence that was required to back our application.
